Care That Fits Your Life — In Person, Online, and Beyond
We make it easier to get care — whether that’s coming into our clinic or connecting virtually.

Same or Next-Day Care
Get seen quickly at our clinic for urgent needs, wellness visits, and ongoing primary care — without feeling rushed or overlooked.

On Demand Virtual Care
Connect with a provider through secure virtual visits — from home or with support at our clinic, so you never have to wait or navigate care on your own.

OUR MINDSET
We make sure every patient is welcomed, listened to and supported.
At WholeLife, we believe good care should feel both professional and personal. We take time to listen, build real relationships, and treat every person with compassion and respect. No rushing, no confusion — just thoughtful care centered on you.

SENIOR PRIMARY CARE
Senior Care Provided with Care, Respect, and Patience,
Our Senior Care program goes beyond your visit. Along with primary care, we provide ongoing daily support to help seniors stay healthy, safe, and independent. From medication and pharmacy help to food access, household needs, and care coordination, our team checks in regularly and walks alongside you with patience, respect, and genuine care.

Black-owned. Community-led.
Built with a Purpose
WholeLife was built by people who live here, raise families here, and understand what it’s like to navigate healthcare in our community.
WholeLife was created because too many people in our community have been living with multiple health conditions — quietly, for years — while navigating a healthcare system that often feels rushed, confusing, or dismissive.
We proudly serve everyone with dignity and respect, while remaining deeply committed to making high-quality care more accessible for everyone.
Healthcare Costs & Coverage Are Changing — We Can Help
Health coverage has become more complicated and less predictable for many families. Changes to Marketplace (“Obamacare”) plans, Medicaid eligibility, and rising insurance costs have left some people uninsured, underinsured, or unable to find timely appointments.
Direct Primary Care offers a simple alternative. For as low as $25 per month, based on a sliding fee scale, you and your family can access primary care without relying on insurance.
Our Pricing

Use your insurance just like you would normally.
We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage plans. Insurance can be used for primary care, senior care, urgent care, and quick care services, based on your plan benefits.
Insurance Paid
Simple, upfront pricing for same-day care.
Our $99 Quick Care option is designed for urgent, non-emergency needs when you don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it. This flat rate covers a typical urgent care visit, available on-site or through virtual care.
$99 - Quick Care
Affordable monthly access to a provider, for all.
Direct Primary Care is a self-pay option that provides ongoing primary care for a low monthly fee — as low as $25 per month, based on income. It’s designed for individuals and families who are uninsured or underinsured and want reliable access to primary care. This is not health insurance.
$25 - Monthly DPC
